Marc Schütz (born 1977 in Frankfurt am Main) studied between 2001 and 2011 at the University of Art and Design Offenbach. He is co-founder, managing director and creative director of the design studio Schultzschultz founded in 2007 in Frankfurt. Since 2012 he also teaches at various universities does workshops and holds talks about typography and type design. From 2017 to 2018 he was guest professor for typography at the Bauhaus University Weimar. In 2017 he founded the Klingspor Institute for Type Design as a cooperation of HfG Offenbach and the Klingspor Museum and since then is its director. Since 2020 he is substitute professor for typography at the HfG Offenbach.
